Häng med oss i PU och Mikael Berglund Hveem, professionell provningsledare med över 25 års erfarenhet, på en fantastisk resa genom ost- och vinvärlden. Under kvällen guidar Mikael dig genom en rad olika smakkombinationer och lär dig bland annat vilka ostar som passar till vilka viner, hur du kan tänka när du står i butiken och väljer, vad begrepp som ”tanniner” egentligen betyder och hur färgen på möglet kan påverka smaken på en ost.
Oavsett om du redan är en riktig ost- och vinkännare eller total nybörjare kan du förvänta dig en kväll fylld av goda smaker, trevligt sällskap och massor av ny kunskap om denna fantastiska smakkombination!

The Program Committee PU presents: Cheese and Wine Tasting
Join us, PU, with Mikael Berglund Hveem, a professional tasting leader with over 25 years of experience, on an amazing journey through the world of cheese and wine. During the evening, Mikael will guide you through a variety of flavor combinations and teach you, among other things, which cheeses pair with which wines, how to think when choosing in the store, what terms like ‘tannins’ really mean, and how the color of mold can affect the taste of a cheese.
Whether you’re already a true cheese and wine enthusiast or a complete beginner, you can expect an evening full of delicious flavors, great company, and lots of new knowledge about this fantastic flavor combination!
